For One-time Wash clients, you can cancel your appointment using the initial confirmation email or by getting in touch with our team using the preferred contact method below. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to.
For Discounted Members, there are not any long-term commitments or complicated contracts. If you decide that BrushHour isn't right for you, you can easily cancel your membership when signed in the web app.

CAN I REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC AREA TO BE CLEANED?
Of course! When scheduling a wash on any available slot, you'll have the opportunity to provide comments on any interior and exterior areas of your vehicle that require additional attention. Hope to see you schedule today!
DOES BRUSHHOUR NEED A WATER AND ELECTRIC SUPPPLY?
No. While we do preserve water as an eco-friendly approach, all BrushHour trucks are equipped with water (and electricity) onboard. Hope to see you schedule today!
Can I pay extra to clean my car seats or strollers?
Great question! While we do not advertise a car seat shampoo or cleaning, (some) Crew Chiefs are comfortable with cleaning a car seat when there is additional time for FREE.
This unique request will be completed at the discretion of the Crew Chief. Though our chemicals are eco-friendly, we are not responsible for any irritants.
