For One-time Wash clients or Member's with scheduled experiences, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by reaching out to our team using our Help Center. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to.

For Members that would like to cancel their membership, there are not any long-term commitments or complicated contracts. If you decide that BrushHour isn't right for you, easily cancel your membership when signed in the web app and confirming.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S EXTREME Weather?
We reschedule for FREE. During periods of extreme temperatures or weather, BrushHour will review the forecast at the start of each day.
DO ALL PLANS INCLUDE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR?
Yes. All BrushHour plans include interior and exterior at no additional fee.​ Hope to see you schedule today!
CAN I REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC AREA TO BE CLEANED?
Of course! When scheduling a wash on any available slot, you'll have the opportunity to provide comments on any interior and exterior areas of your vehicle that require additional attention.
DOES BRUSHHOUR NEED A WATER AND ELECTRIC SUPPPLY?
No. While we do preserve water as an eco-friendly approach, all BrushHour trucks are equipped with water (and electricity) onboard.​

Our Luxury Super Sport and Luxury Motorsport services exclusively offer specialized treatments for pet hair, sand, and smoke only.

Our Membership subscription plan offers the flexibility to schedule washes or details for up to two eligible vehicles each month. Eligible vehicles include any car with a seating capacity of eight or fewer passengers.

For single-vehicle members, you'll enjoy the exclusive benefit of utilizing up to two washes or details per month.
